Mr. Gordon went above, and beyond, to make sure that I was comfortable, and in no way, felt pressured into buying a home I dealt with that prior to having Mr. Gordon as my realtor, and that's what kept me from buying at home previously, Mr. Gordon and his wife stood by my side, every step of the way they even went as far as going with me to my son school to enroll him and do a meet and greet. At that point I didn't feel like it was client and realtor Mr. Gordon and his wife became more like family.

Mr. Gordon always went above, and beyond from day one he made sure that I understood everything that was going on especially since this is my first time buying a home, he broke everything down and explained everything thoroughly. He was always very patient and kind. Mr. Gordon has been there for me and my son through this journey, he cared for my son and I as if we're his family, my son and I now call him uncle Paul, and his wife, aunt Kathy.

Paul Gordon explained the short amount of time to sell recent houses. Kathy Gordon estimated the value just as the appraiser did. My house was sold in one day which surprised me. I was told everything to expect and everything I was told actually was factual. The surprises I had were; the value of my house, the quickness of the sale, the ease of what I had to do; the fact that everything happened exactly as I was told it would. In my opinion nothing about this transaction could have been better.
